Gift vouchers can be redeemed against any album or photo book package from the Wedding Collection, the Moments in Time collection, or put towards a completely bespoke project.

At checkout, you’ll be able to enter the recipient’s email address and a personal message, and choose whether to send it straight away or schedule it for a specific date and time; perfect if you’re planning ahead for a birthday, anniversary, or wedding gift.
FAQs
The Voucher will be sent to the email address you specify at the checkout. You will also receive a receipt to your email address. Please check your junk, spam or promotions folder if you haven’t received within 24 hours.
Yes! If you’re purchasing as a wedding gift, a birthday or anniversary, you can choose for the voucher to be delivered on a date of your choice. You will find that option at the checkout stage.
All the details of how to redeeem their voucher will be included on the email they receive that contains the voucher itself. They should contact gill@whitepeacockalbumdesign.co.uk and quote the voucher code and I will take it from there.
Yes, the recipient can choose any album or photo book from any collection (or towards a completely bespoke project)
If the recipient has not yet redeemed the voucher, then you have the right to cancel and receive a full refund within 14 days of purchase (NOT the date the recipient receives the voucher, if you have requested it to be delivered at a later date).
Any cancellation requests after this time period are purely at our discrection under exceptional circumstances and any refund that falls under this category may be net of unrecoverable third-party fees incurred at the time of purchase.
